Valuation Workflows in ArcGIS (Half-Day Workshop) by Esri and Spatial Innovision Monday, November 18, 2019 - 1:00 - 5:00 PM Instructors: Katherine Smyth, Solution Engineer, Land Administration, Esri, Redlands, California - United States Kerry-Ann Mahabeer, Eastern Caribbean President, Spatial Innovision Limited, Trinidad and Tobago
This workshop will focus on introducing spatial valuations leveraging ArcGIS. We will detail several options for collecting data in the field. Then we will explore property characteristics along with existing assessment/valuation and sales data and use analytical tools to create assessment neighborhoods. We will then investigate trends in valuation data by performing spatial statistical analysis including regression and show how tools leveraging machine learning can predict missing or out dated values.
Finally, we will share the data on a portal that can be accessed by other agencies or the public. Bring your questions, as this will be an interactive workshop dependent on your opinions and experiences. Specific ArcGIS products covered will include Survey123, Collector, ArcGIS Pro, Insights for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Hub.
Cost:One full-day or half-day workshop is included with full conference registration; $195 if only attending a workshop or adding a second half-day workshop
