Jason Williams currently holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biological Sciences and a Masters of Science in Integrated Management of Coastal Zones, both from the University of La Habana in Cuba. He also completed a Certificate at the University of West Indies, St. Augustine campus in Geographic & Land Information Science. Currently he is the environmental Data Manager at the Department of Environment (DOE) and Head of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Management Unit (DMU). He has worked in the field of GIS since 2010 and started working with drones in the last 3 years. Jason is interested in using drones and GIS to assess environmental ecosystems and conducting damage assessments.
