For 15 years I have led a small team to manage GIS resources, and develop and publish mapping and geospatial products. I am part of a highly motivated and creative managing team seeking to establish innovative geospatial initiatives and services in my island. I serve as GIS focal point on several national committees and projects, and have written GIS manuals and taught GIS across government and NGOs.
