Graduate Research Assistant
Aiexa Douglas is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Department of Geomatics Engineering and Land Management at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. She is a 2017 graduate of the BSc Geomatics Program and is currently pursuing her Masters of Philosophy Degree in Geoinformatics at The UWI. Her current research encompasses the improvement of Geodetic Control Networks, specifically the creation of Geoidal models for Small Island Territories using low cost techniques. Her previous research covered the assessment and upgrade of the Horizontal Control Network in her home country St. Kitts.
