Cherece Wallace currently oversees the operations of the Land Management Department and the State lands under the responsibility of the Tobago House of Assembly. She has expertise working on projects within the Caribbean, such as in strengthening the commitment of GEF participating countries in implementing an integrated approach to the management of watershed and coastal areas; and also, provided planning support at one of Trinidad and Tobago’s disaster management organization through the mapping of hazards and disaster analysis across Tobago.
