Ms.Danielle Richards is the GIS Technician at the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government, Trinidad. She attained a BSc Geography and Environmental and Natural Resource Management at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. Her areas of expertise are spatial analysis for spatial planning and disaster management.
