BSc Environmental and Natural Resources Management and Geography (UWI), MSc Urban and Regional Planning (UWI). Postgraduate Diploma in Education (UWI).
Previously employed in the private sector in various urban planning firms and for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago in the Land Settlement Agency and Ministry of Planning and Development.
