Roman Gibbons, ASPRS GIS/LIS

Penn State University
Student
My Name is Roman Gibbons. I’m a computer engineer living in Trinidad and Tobago and I operate a small engineering company locally. I’ve managed a few projects in my 13 years of business here and many of them involved using GIS to improve business efficiency and help clients achieve operational targets. My GIS credentials include certification as a GIS/LIS scientist with the ASPRS and I also plan on completing my Master of GIS degree from Penn State University in fall 2019. My personal objective is to combine experience in software, business and GIS to create tools that help businesses grow.
